Our Chilaquiles start with crispy tortilla chips topped with chipotle chicken, two eggs, Oaxaca cheese, red onion, and pickled avocado. For a little heat with your breakfast potatoes, try the Hot Honey Chicken Hash, with chicken, red onion, jalapeños, hot honey, and two eggs. Leaning sweet? Fairway French Toast brings thick-cut brioche, cinnamon glaze, strawberries, cinnamon-glazed pecans, and maple syrup.

Split the difference with the Monte Cristo: French toast-battered brioche filled with ham, turkey, and Swiss, served with mango-jalapeño jam. There’s room for the classics, too.
